Marines are FANATICAL!
They LOVE to PT and stay physically fit by running. While they run, they sing “CADENCE” -a rhythmic form of song, or ditty, sung while running or marching during formations.
Cadence builds your lungs, boosts morale & camaraderie, and distracts you from the exertion (pain!) of running.
